Accounting & Consolidation Specialist

We are looking for a Consolidation & Accounting Specialist to join our international Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in IFRS reporting, group consolidation, and financial systems and tools, all within a complex structure of 150+ entities.

You will work closely with diverse business transactions and see how they shape financial statements, an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise while contributing to the global clean energy transition.

• Preparing quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
  
  
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting from subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions
  
  
• Maintaining and enhancing the group consolidation system (NetSuite), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
  
  
• Supporting external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
  
  
• Monitoring updates to IFRS standards and evaluate their impact on group reporting to auditor inquiries

• Assisting in drafting disclosure notes for the annual financial report
  
  
• Maintaining and updating the Group Accounting Policies Manual in line with IFRS and evolving business needs Owning and managing the Group Chart of Accounts, ensuring consistency and alignment across all entities
  
  
• Collaborating with local finance teams to ensure adherence to group accounting policies 
  
  
• Performing intercompany reconciliations and eliminations to support accurate consolidated reporting

• At least 2 years of experience in audit, controlling, financial analysis or a similar role
  
  
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  
  
• Strong analytical thinking and high numerical literacy
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
  
• Experience with Power BI and knowledge of SQL are a strong advantage
  
  
• Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset
  
  
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
